Refund Policy

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to the applicable program or sport coordinator. Refunds may include an administrative fee plus a possible program charge where the Community Association has incurred charges or where a program had limited space during registration.

Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

  • That the Community Association has determined that an activity is not feasible. (Eg. A team is lacking enough participants or a coach.)
  • A medical condition affects the participation by the participant prior to the start of the activity.
  • No refunds will be provided in cases where the activity has already started.
An Administration Fee of $10 will be charged for all refunds except where Community Association has initiated the refund. Due to confidentiality of credit card information, all refunds by the Community Association will be issued by cheque

Late Registration Policy

A late registrant is defined as any registrant wishing to register after the registration deadline indicated for each sport or program.

The dates for registration will be defined prior to each registration period (Fall, Winter and Spring) and posted on the Community Association website. If a late registration period is an option, the time and the amount of the fee will be published.

Any requests for late registration will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and there are NO guarantees of placement on a team or in a program. A late registration fee of $10.00 will be applied at the discretion of the coordinator depending on space availability. (Eg. The fee may be waived if the Community Association is trying to add participants to form a team.)
